Yep. I'm disappointed, too. I understand the legal reasons as to why this was done. It just sucks for all of the OOTP players who have worked so hard at saving and backing up games for seasons have the entire history of Japanese League Baseball erased and rewritten with teams from South Africa. This is not a slight against South Africa.

I also noticed that the World Baseball Classic still has Japan. I'm guessing this is because the World Baseball Classic doesn't fall under the same copyright rules as any Japanese Baseball League.

I backed up and saved my game to a thumb drive, just in case. But tonight I imported said game and got the South African teams.

It especially sucks because my league is having a great season with incredible statistics and I was looking forward to seeing which Japanese baseball players get posted after the season. I was hoping that maybe we could land Tomoyuki Sugano. Not gonna happen now because he doesn't exist in this game.

This is nothing personal against anyone affiliated with OOTP whether it be the employees or customers. Markus and his team are good people and I know they're just as disappointed, if not more so, than we are.
