Yeah, I'm not following you, there are multiple nonplayable Kazakh leagues in the game, and looking at a long-term save the Kazakh players are mostly where they should be.
I do see a couple of small issues with too many good Kazakh players in their second-level league, I'm making some changes in the update that should fix that.
And there are too many non-Kazakh/Russian players in the top league. Alessandro, EP has the league player nationalities at about 95-98% from those two places for the last year, so I think I'm going to change the foreigner limit from 6 to 1 to reflect the de facto league makeup unless you can think of a reason not to. If we ever make it playable, we can find a better way to handle it, but doing it that way will give us realistic results from the nonplayable league.
