After praising the AI for a recent trade, I am struggling to see the value of the AI making this particular trade. Boston picked up Ed Siever in exchange for sending pitchers Ed Murphy and Harry McNeal (#19 ranked prospect) to Baltimore. While Siever is a decent pitcher, I am not seeing significant upgrade over Murphy that would warrant parting with a top-20 prospect.
