Hi.. earlier I left a thread on trying to resolve team harmony issues once a month.. I still haven't figured out how to get it to work.. I hit the button assosiated with fixing cliques and nothing happens.. it's like nothing is there.. am I trying on the wrong date? the whole team harmony thing seems useless to me as is.. any help would be appreciated
