I started playing around with it before the licensing issue was announced. So now it's just been put on the back burner. For Japan, I will focus more on historical ballparks and also those that are not currently used by the league there. At least for now, this is just something we have to be content with.
Who knows, I might still finish the new Hokkaido stadium eventually but right now I'd rather spend time on the others. For example, here is a quick look at a very early stage Nagoya Stadium (the old version) that I'm building:
