I ended up adding Frank Thomas instead of Randy Johnson (also added Billy Wagner for a lefty in the pen).
So, my missing pieces would be:
SE 3B Mike Schimdt for vs. lefties
LE LF Ricky Henderson
SP Randy Johnson and Jacob DeGrom, both a slight upgrade for the staff.
I ended up about 1.5-2m PP short.
I believe those are the only 4 cards I would want to add to the team that aren't PTCS rewards.
