26) Players have relationships with coaches, not just teammates. This could influence their development and signing decisions.
27) Coaches have relationships with players and other coaches. This could influence their development and signing decisions.
28) Minor-league team-specific depth charts and lineups. I don't want to be forced into picking (or defaulting to) what the NHL parent team wants if I don't agree with it. A real farm team would get to choose its own lineups, etc. The NHL team might have and express preferences, and they might have influence on the choice of staff to begin with, but after assigning the player off their NHL roster, as far as I know they have no official say over what happens to them.
29) Update "friends". Currently, players can be unhappy if they have "lost friend" even though there is no one listed on their line chemistry. If they are close enough to be "friends" (not just players being popular or likeable in general), it should be clear. This would help with making personnel decisions.
And I'll re-emphasize #6 from my earlier post, as every time the NHL team sends down one or more of its players, it reassigns some of mine... even though they are contracted to my team, not the NHL team. The NHL team or AI shouldn't automatically reassign anyone contracted to my team. If my roster ends up in violation of the rules, as coach/GM I should get to sort it out myself. Linked to this, the roster moves should be more realistic. For example, there's a player who is repeatedly sent down to the AHL and recalled to the NHL on the same day, resulting in one of my AHL players being displaced (usually automatically) without the sent-down-and-recalled player ever playing for my team.
