I'd stopped using the Rule 5 Draft after a team put in-his-prime Gehrig on waivers to keep a middling Rule 5 pick on their roster. Hopefully this update will change that kind of stuff, so I'll likely try it again.

• Max Players per trade increased to 10
• Added Mop-up bullpen role
