Ugh, well that was dumb.
I thought I had Commissioner Mode on before I did the exports but... nope!
So, to export all the ratings make sure you have Commissioner Mode on first (although it looks like "talent" is hidden so... still some guesswork on that).
Now I'm going to try and build a model to figure out the effects of ratings on performance.
Curious to see how this will turn out.
