It's hard to understand (besides) laptop, desktop, or tablet issues why so many people have or don't have issues. Been 24 years playing OOTP started and only had 1 issue when 3D was first implemented. Other than players mustaches too long or not, not much in major issues. Really sorry for ur problems as I would be PO'd too
