I liked Conforto but they didn't need to throw money at him, and I'll believe he's good when he can hit them into the water and not just in Chicago.JD didn't fit with the team when they traded him, too many DH types, but... they got an even DH-ier guy that couldn't hit. And Wilmer, well, he's the worst guy in the world except for all the other bums they played around the IF since he left.
In other news, the team chefs got way bigger cheers than any of the assistant coaches
when announced on Opening Day, and the trainers didn't get booed. Mets fans are amazin' :P And then they announced Opening Day starter Tylor Megill :? and now your pal Boom Boom!
