Perhaps the Detroit Pinstripes should rename themselves the Burnsies, In one of those strange coincidences, both MLB players from the 1920s named George Burns were drafted by Detroit and are now hitting 3rd and 4th in the lineup. Both players had productive major league careers and they have helped Detroit move into 3rd place, not bad for the struggling club.
