I run an online league and whenever there are two players trading for the same player, we normally don't complete the trades and then advance and let the AI decide which offer they want to take.

However, we are noticing a pattern this year where the AI never actually completes the trade, and instead it says "Accepted" but "Pending Waivers."

If I hit complete trade as the commisioner, everything works just fine. Any info on what we might be doing wrong would be great.

I don't know if this matters, but we started the league with hard mode ON, but turned it OFF shortly before this trade was made.
