The Pirates thumped the Diamondbacks at PNC Park. Masayoshi Oshima went 3-4 with a home run and a double, and drove in 5 runs. Oshima's 1st inning double put Pittsburgh on top 1-0. Brennan had 2 hits and drove in 3 runs. D. L. Hall improved to 6-0 on the season.
