If you click on the "Open Sounds Folder" button, it will show you where the game stores sounds. They MUST be in .ogg format. Also, if you create a sub-folder with the exact name of your stadium, you can then store in that subfolder stadium specific sounds.
Before long, you'll be recording every crowd sound you hear in real life so you can drop it into the game. You'll record seagulls at the public park by the lake to drop into a folder for Fenway or just about any Florida stadium. You'll even run past the train depot to record the sound of freight cars coming in to drop in for the old Baker Bowl.
