Hey everyone, Baseball League Major (BLM - https://statsplus.net/blm/) is looking for a few new GMs. We’re a league that’s been around since 2016 and we still have 3 GMs from the original creation of the league, as well as 6 others that have been around for 20+ seasons and another 8 that have been with us for 10+ seasons.

This is an OOTP 23 league, but we will be moving to 24 after this upcoming season.

You have the choice of three teams, the Brewers, Angels, and Marlins. Here’s a link to a quick summary on the available teams: https://1drv.ms/w/s!An5SL7ZgnrJ5i0unDigcWer6jfF4

We sim 4 days a week (SuMWF) for 7 days at a time and have just reached the Rule 5 draft in December 2044.

We use Slack for communication and StatsPlus to draft and run trades.

New GMs get to amnesty one contract signed by the previous GM.

-Coaches and Scouting are on
-Scouting accuracy set to High
-Ratings 1-20, non-relative
-Stars for overall/potential
-DH in both leagues
-Injury Frequency set to Low

Custom League Rules
-Using new CBA rules, such as no penalty for signing comp FAs and increased reward for losing them
-Competitive Balance picks given to 10 lowest budget and market size teams
-Draft lottery for top 6 picks
-Differing IAFA budget amounts based on Competitive Balance picks
-Balancing out of media revenue across league for more balance
