I forgot to mention: the other thing I do is promote and relegate teams on 1 Jan. That's pretty straightforward, except in the Europa League, which has two subleagues that go back and forth with the Conference League's two subleagues, but the game doesn't automatically parcel out the teams by subleague, so I have to change that annually. Pretty minor stuff though.
