The Toronto Blue Jays will be part of the American League field for the 2025 playoffs after they clinched at least a wild-card berth with an 18-1 rout of Houston on Sept. 29.
At 91-66, the Blue Jays still have not wrapped up the American League East title, owning just a 1.5-game advantage over second-place Tampa Bay with five games left in the season.
Toronto reached the playoffs in 2024 as a wild card and have made it four times in the last six seasons.
However, the Jays last division title came back in 2015.
