Game 1: 6-2 W. WP-Orze (6-6, 5 2 0 0 1 11). HR-DeLoach (18), Greene (7/25), Santana (23). Orze pitched his most dominant game as a Ray and DeLoach was 2-3 with 2 walks, a homer and 2 RBI to lead the offense.

Game 2: 6-13 L. LP-Swanda (12-8, 3.1 3 6 6 6 3). An ugly game all around with perhaps Swanda's worst outing as a Ray. Wander had 4 hits in a losing cause.

Game 3: 5-6 L. LP-Eldridge (9-6, 5 5 6 6 1 7). HR-Viera (6). Eldridge gave up 6 runs without getting an out to start the game, then was perfect for 5 innings. But it was too big a hole to climb out of even though they nearly did. Riley Greene had 3 RBI.

Team record: 73-45. Toronto took 2 of 3 so the Rays are now a game behind. Next up: A day off then 3 in Boston.
