With no coaching system, allow the hiring of managers from retired players and assuming the manager's identity. In other words, I don't want to create a fictional manager when I am playing out the role of manager and gm. I want the ability to hire a retired player as manager and/or gm and keep my control over the game without having to create my retired player from scratch (and the picture is never the same as the retired player's picture) to use as a manager.
