I also have been wavering on what to do as my next move. Egret rolled an event but nothing is coming. They are struggling with team chemistry, so I considered a firing or trade but neither seems right since they just changed their top management (and owner) and they are about to be a part of the trade frenzy in just two game days anyway. Any ideas of a good "event" involving the Egret team? I struggled for the better part of two hours exploring everything I can think of. But I am having some creator's block right now.

I don't have anything right now, I might later, but, and this is not a complain, this is kind of a natural consequence of the "world getting safer". Perhaps you could spin that thought with instead of danger being exciting safety being exciting.
