Rick Wise was really poor in spring training coming off his injury, I may regret dealing him, but I was offered Steve Fireovid, the #180 prospect who was a swing man his first year in A ball. He does have 80 stamina, so he could definitely start down the road.
It also frees up $400,000 and with my increased budget it gives me the ability to go after the best UFA's next off-season. (Hello Graig Nettles? John Candelaria? Both?)
