The Detroit Tigers placed left-handed pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez on the 15-day injured list with an injury to his left index finger on Tuesday.
Additionally, the Tigers have placed outfielder Matt Vierling on the 10-day injured list with back soreness.
The Tigers recalled infielder/outfielder Tyler Nevin and right-handed reliever Braden Bristo from Triple-A Toledo.
