Question Tiebreakers in Round-Robin?

Hi everyone! New player here (within the last month) and I've been having some frustrations understanding head-to-head tiebreakers in round-robin situations.

This morning, I experienced another situation where me and another team finished tied in the "Early Bronze" tournament round-robin with 3 wins a piece (another team had 4 wins to win our "pool").

Looking at our records - we were both 3-3 in pool play. We both went 1-1 against the top team in the pool, 1-1 against each other, and 1-1 against the last place team in the pool.

Looking at score of games, I had a higher run differential across all games (+11 for me; -1 for the other team), higher total runs scored (35 for me, 29 for the other team), lower runs given up (24 for me, 30 for the other team). We also had a 0 run differential in our head-to-head matchup (each winning their corresponding game by 1 run).

Despite all of this, the other team somehow moved on to the next round, and I was knocked out of the tournament. I cannot for the life of my figure out why, so I'm hoping someone can shed some light for me. Thank you in advance!
