The Orioles drafted Paul Lander and Michael Flack in the first round of the 2026 draft. The Orioles traded a bunch of prospects and regulars that were becoming overgrown, including 3B Josh Allen, 1B Dave Haughn, RP Mike Bustillos, RF Nate Fidler, and RP Alex Velasquez, to Texas in order to obtain the second overall pick.
