What type of a league are you looking for? (MLB, fictional, historical, no preference)

I'm not too fussy about this. I'm looking for a league with scouting turned down (or off)! I want decisions to be HARD to make, as defaulting to ratings is just boring.

Previous/Current Online League Experience (list leagues, links if available)

Are you interested in a league with writing or writing requirements? (Yes/No)

No slack leagues. Also prefer taking over teams who appear to have no future and no present. Think the Oakland As of this year haha!
