CBO Announces Three Finalists for Purchase of Warwick Franchise
The CBO has revealed the three finalists who have emerged as potential purchasers for the struggling Warwick Mirelurks franchise. All three groups have expressed an immediate interest in relocating the franchise, sparking intrigue and excitement among baseball fans across the region.
The CBO has agreed to allow the relocation, though some plans may involve temporary relocation to revitalize the Warwick Mirelurks by transferring ownership to a group dedicated to breathing new life into the franchise struggling to attract its lowly-populated settlement to baseball games for a bad team. The finalists' ambitious visions and their intention to relocate the team have generated buzz throughout the Commonwealth.
Roger Warwick, the current owner of the Mirelurks, has decided to part ways with the team, paving the way for this monumental transition. While his reasons for selling remain undisclosed, speculations suggest that Warwick intends to focus on personal endeavors, exploring uncharted territories outside of baseball, including working on expanding some of his farming ventures.

The Stockton Synth Relations group led by Amelia Stockton envisions transforming the Warwick Mirelurks into a thriving team she has nicknamed the "Red Coats" as an ironic nod to her home at Bunker Hill where the American Revolutionists fought the English in America's fight for independence. Stockton's proposal combines baseball with a community-driven focus, aiming to unite synth and human residents under the banner of teamwork and camaraderie.
The Drumlin Diner group, led by CEO Patrick Drumlin, has ambitious plans to relocate the Warwick Mirelurks to Spectacle Island, aptly named "The Nine on the Isle." Drumlin's vision merges baseball and island life, offering settlers a unique combination of entertainment and relaxation amidst the ever-present dangers of the Wasteland. Drumlin has considered maintaining the Mirelurks team name, though that has not been determined. While there is no Drumlin Diner franchise on Spectacle Island, Drumlin said that a shipment of materials and supplies would change that before the end of 2303.
The final finalist is Beantown Brewery led by Vadim Bobrov with assistance from his brother Yefrim. The Bobrov brothers aspire to expand on their brand, potentially taking over the South Boston location currently occupied by Goodneighbor or expanding on a stadium in the Boston Harbor area. With their expertise in brewing and hospitality, the Beantown Brewery group aims to create an immersive experience for fans, blending the excitement of the sport with the charm of locally crafted beverages. They have also proposed possibly moving the Mirelurks to the Railroad League near their Beantown Brewery just north of Oberland. That could mean either Roxbury or FHE would have to move leagues. One possibility could be to move the team across the railroad tracks from the Beantown Brewery to reclaim the Graygarden field where the Oberland T-51s used to play.
The CBO eagerly anticipates finalizing the sale of the Warwick Mirelurks franchise to one of these exceptional groups. Once a buyer is selected, the transition process will begin, promising an exhilarating future for the franchise and its new home.
