If you're not seeing the updated 3d model, the most likely case of that is that you're using a custom data directory. You may need to copy the updated 3d model and grid to your custom folder to see the changes.
I believe some of the internal wall heights and park factors still need to be updated - we'll get that in a new patch (for new games started after that)
