You can always upload the file to like dropbox or Google Drive and share a link. You could also follow the steps to upload league files (
https://support.ootpdevelopments.com...p-developments) but upload only the trace file there.
Do make sure you have updated to the latest version. It would also likely be helpful to clear your live_start folder (I believe there's a button on the Settings->Troubleshooting section to do that), and start fresh.
