Historical Game - I noticed that just prior to the entry draft on 3rd July, the AI controlled teams
will release some players, presumably to free up contract space to sign upcoming draft picks.

The released players however don't seem to show up in the Free Agent Centre,
but they do appear listed under NHL-Transactions-Free Agents.
Conversely the players listed in Free Agent Centre don't appear on that list.

So question is , what's the difference? Why don't ALL free agents appear in both places?
When I get the monthly scouting report showing best free
agents available it does include players from both lists.

Note: these are not RFA's , no teams hold their rights.
