This is actually a wish for OOTP as well:
My biggest wish is the ability to start a custom league with real-life league templates, so the changes I like to make are easily customizable. I like to play with real teams on a global scale, but with some leagues in different formats and with different worldwide tournaments, but cannot make the changes to a real-life world setup. And to set it all up manually is a giant pita.
