It is open season for teams to sign the listed international free agents. Rumors circulating around the Boston Americans front office is that the team will likely make a run at 16-year old 1st baseman Roberto Rivero. At 6'0", 190 pounds, Rivero has the frame to add some additional muscle and hopefully the work ethic to improve his defensive skills. If that doesn't pan out, the team may look at the young arms of Salvador Bautista or Jorge Carrillo.
