A couple mostly minor things on my wishlist, but I wanted to actually say I'm really impressed with how the game has gotten better! I've been playing since FHM6 and it's incredible the progress that's been made.
Yearly Financials Without a July 1st Start
It would be nice to be able to set the annual finances for things like budget and development before the game sims to the start day for GM modes when not starting on July 1st. It sucks being locked into whatever the default is.
Better Documentation
Maybe this is just a me thing, but it would be great to have more explanations on what certain things in the game do or are for! For example, I feel like at the present moment, team harmony is really unclear. It seems to fluctuate, and I'm not quite sure what the difference between Disruptive and Unpopular is.
Better Tactical Control/Multi Role PP Players
I'm sure someone else has suggested this, but it would be amazing to be able to fine tune how a line plays together in their tactical setup. For example, being able to set where each player plays in the 1-3-1 powerplay. It could allow for a physical winger to not have to take the faceoff in order to play as the bumper, or designate which winger is the preferred forchecker on a line.
