I went through the 2019 MLB season and recalculated the standings based on games ending as a tie after 12 inning had been played (the rule used in the Asian leagues). This is what it would have looked like:

Something that people tend to forget is that tie games can happen in MLB and the minor leagues. It's just that, while the player and team statistics from tie games are counted, the result of the game in the standings is completely ignored. Tie games are also replayed if possible.
