The offense continues to stink on ice but thanks to a heroic effort from
Joe Marlette the Rays live to fight another day and return to St. Pete to play more baseball. They did score two runs today, one more than the previous two games combined, but the hitters really didn't deserve any kudos today as it was due to the wildness of Texas starter Andy Williamson. The lefty walked four straight men in the 3rd including a pair with the bases loaded to plate both runs - had Williamson not had this bout of wildness we might still be playing. As it is
Kevin DiCostanzo will be taking the ball in two days' time looking to force a Game 7. This team has come from 1-3 down in series before in their current multi-year playoff run but man a few runs would be nice.
