How should foreign names with special characters be handled in facegen files? I'm Windows 10.

For instance, the "Info" for Martin Necas shows "Martin_Nečas_15_1_1999" as his ID, with a caron over the c.

I tried creating the c-caron in Word and pasting it into the .fg filename for him, and it shows correctly in the Windows directory (martin_nečas_15_1_1999.fg), but when I Auto-Reload Picture from Necas' player profile, it did not update.

Since the historical .fg files I have seen do not seem to have special characters, I also tried it with a standard English c, ignoring the caron (martin_necas_15_1_1999.fg). That does not work either.

What am I missing?
