I'm later than usual sending this out. The signal has been strengthened and we got confirmation from a tracking signal we attached to someone. We call it a beacon. Like a beacon of hope. He told me he was looking for you, so we're tracking him. Can't leave yet but we can see how much distance he made so far. These quadcycles have proved effective--let's just hope the bad guys don't get their hands on them or the tech we used to make them.

We have a nice network of tech and a new underground movement. We're going to do this but eyes are on Po and me. We just get the messages and try to blast this out. Why is it just one-way?
