This. It’s my one real beef. There are many people who have asked questions or had/have problems that just seemingly get ignored, including myself (dating back to May 15th). That I find unacceptable. I never had a problem with the base game where I had to pose a question but those responsible for this product can learn a lesson from the team that develops FHM. They are responsive and dedicated to the consumer. It is almost like dealing with two different companies.
