This was all about saving some $ as we essentially doubled the money we had available from $2.2M to $4.4M. Cecconi also has lost some MPH off his pitches and dropped a bit in the ratings. The inspiration for this deal was a waiver claim I wanted to make for a guy with a salary of about $2.6M but in the end a team with higher priority grabbed him. So Instead we end up with Coblentz, who's fairly mediocre and will be expendable once we have the opportunity for someone better.
