[Crash Hairston]

I've started a fictional league using historical players. It's going quite well, except for one thing - when it's time to bring up a pitcher from the minors, they're all tired. I have the minors set to ghost players but it seems like only my real players are pitching. I only have about 4 real pitchers per minor league team, so relievers are starting, starters are starting on 2 days rest, etc. Please advise, thanks
