National League Player of the Week
What a whirlwind week for former St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Buck Hooker. On the same day his team shipped him off to Philadelphia, Hooker was named the National League Player of the Week for his strong pitching outings. On the week, Hooker went 2-0 by tossing 18 scoreless innings good for 0.4 WAR.
