Just trying to get my head around the date ranges for various different league systems in terms of first year draft player eligibility.

For the NHL am I correct in thinking that it's September 15th {Year} to September 14th {Year+1}?

Would it be the same for the various CHL drafts?

I'm not really interesting in looking at OA players I can just eyeball those but more to collate a list of first year eligibility prospects would be useful in the save's I'm currently playing.

Any help/insight would be much appreciated!
