Black and Grey Ink
The individual player "cards" highlight a statistic in red if the player led the league in that particular number in a given season. If you have relatively obscure numbers like sacrifice hits or pitcher HRs allowed, it still shows this info. I really like this and would love if it could be expanded a couple ways:
- Show this coloring for the current season as well. If this creates slow-loading DB issues early in the year when like 20 people went 2-4 and are leading the league after day one, then set it to kick in like 20% of the way through the season or something.
- Add something for "grey" ink too, like finishing / currently sitting in the top 5 or 10 in a category. Perhaps tint those lines in blue?
- Perhaps add a mouse-over that indicates the place if you add in the above?
