Tnfoto posted an image provided by SABR that purportedly depicts Charlie Bell on an unnamed baseball team. Unless someone knows more about the source of that image I do not believe it shows the major league ballplayer.

Bell gave up his ball playing career in the 1890s to become a Cincinnati police officer and served until 1925. He did, however, play on the Police Department baseball team and is pictured (along with Podge Weihe) in the 4/1/1906 edition of The Cincinnati Enquirer. I believe this was the last season he played for them.

** I have found a second, clearer image of Bell from the 9/10/1905 edition of The Cincinnati Commercial Tribune. He is pictured on the Police Department Nine.
