In both eriqjaffe's standalone
Uniform Maker and the Photoshop jersey template I'm working on there is no layer for wide pinstripes under the "pinstripes" options. There was a "Wide Pinstripes" layer in Photoshop jersey templates for the old version of the jersey template.
So...I went ahead and made myself a "Wide Pinstripes" layer, and so far it appears to have turned out as intended.
