The 88 games all in 4-game series means 22 series per team. The 7-team divisions has a straightforward solution with two series against each division opponent. The divisions can mirror each other for the intradivision games. The trick is to have the "extra" team in each division that is left out of the division matchups at any given time playing the corresponding team from the other division. Each division matchup is covered through 7 series - 6 against division opponents plus 1 time being the "extra" team. Double that to get the 2 series per opponent, and that covers 14 of the 22 series.
The remaining 8 series would be all interdivision. There are six opponents left to cover after using one in the intradivision, so rotate among them with alternating home and away. That leaves only two more series to cover. Pick out two of the opponents and play them with the opposite home/away flipped from what it was in already-set matchups. So there end up being three of the interdivision opponents in two series and the other four getting only one.
Below is a possible layout as I would start my prep. Each line is seven series that would be occurring at the same time.
Code:
1 @ 7 2 @ 6 3 @ 5 4 @ 11 14 @ 8 13 @ 9 12 @ 10
2 @ 1 3 @ 7 4 @ 6 5 @ 12 8 @ 9 14 @ 10 13 @ 11
3 @ 2 4 @ 1 5 @ 7 6 @ 13 9 @ 10 8 @ 11 14 @ 12
4 @ 3 5 @ 2 6 @ 1 7 @ 14 10 @ 11 9 @ 12 8 @ 13
5 @ 4 6 @ 3 7 @ 2 1 @ 8 11 @ 12 10 @ 13 9 @ 14
6 @ 5 7 @ 4 1 @ 3 2 @ 9 12 @ 13 11 @ 14 10 @ 8
7 @ 6 1 @ 5 2 @ 4 3 @ 10 13 @ 14 12 @ 8 11 @ 9
7 @ 1 6 @ 2 5 @ 3 11 @ 4 8 @ 14 9 @ 13 10 @ 12
1 @ 2 7 @ 3 6 @ 4 12 @ 5 9 @ 8 10 @ 14 11 @ 13
2 @ 3 1 @ 4 7 @ 5 13 @ 6 10 @ 9 11 @ 8 12 @ 14
3 @ 4 2 @ 5 1 @ 6 14 @ 7 11 @ 10 12 @ 9 13 @ 8
4 @ 5 3 @ 6 2 @ 7 8 @ 1 12 @ 11 13 @ 10 14 @ 9
5 @ 6 4 @ 7 3 @ 1 9 @ 2 13 @ 12 14 @ 11 8 @ 10
6 @ 7 5 @ 1 4 @ 2 10 @ 3 14 @ 13 8 @ 12 9 @ 11
1 @ 9 2 @ 10 3 @ 11 4 @ 12 5 @ 13 6 @ 14 7 @ 8
10 @ 1 11 @ 2 12 @ 3 13 @ 4 14 @ 5 8 @ 6 9 @ 7
1 @ 11 2 @ 12 3 @ 13 4 @ 14 5 @ 8 6 @ 9 7 @ 10
12 @ 1 13 @ 2 14 @ 3 8 @ 4 9 @ 5 10 @ 6 11 @ 7
1 @ 13 2 @ 14 3 @ 8 4 @ 9 5 @ 10 6 @ 11 7 @ 12
14 @ 1 8 @ 2 9 @ 3 10 @ 4 11 @ 5 12 @ 6 13 @ 7
1 @ 10 2 @ 11 3 @ 12 4 @ 13 5 @ 14 6 @ 8 7 @ 9
13 @ 1 14 @ 2 8 @ 3 9 @ 4 10 @ 5 11 @ 6 12 @ 7
Obviously you would want to reorder the lines. As here all the intredivision games are in the first 14 rows, and the last 8 rows have only interdivision.

Of course! The 7/7 makes a lot of sense now. I should be able to build the schedule using this, thanks! Though I may have to come back for help. I understand the schedule files and can edit them, but I haven't built one from scratch. Thanks for the help!
