Folks,

It has certainly been a good while since my last post here on the forums. While I'd like to be able to talk about certain things at least a little bit more here, of course, I have recently been told I can't really touch on them. Or at least in my graphics-related threads, it seems, if not certain other places elsewhere on the forums as well.

I am trying to keep busy with various things, both OOTP-related and not, of course, but a lot is changing for me and mine of late, for instance. I won't go into detail about a number of them here, or at least not publicly, but I will say that a number of things are beginning to significantly change now or will most likely be changing like that for me and mine in my life and in the lives of several people close to me now.

One of the things I have begun working on is a text file of players for various teams in various leagues I'm about to try and create or recreate for at least one dynasty, whether current or future. I have begun making lists of players to put on those teams, but I do not yet have enough players decided on to start a new OOTP 22 dynasty with here, for sure.

In this text file, I have been making up lists with 50 historical players per relevant SRL franchise for at least one overall league, if not more than one. I am still lacking players for four Slaabovian franchises from my Slaabovian Republic League, unfortunately. There are twelve franchises associated with the Slaabovian Republic League, and eight have players selected for them so far that have been input into the relevant text file by now. However, I'm still needing 50 historical players for the Rocíoton Camels, the Tran City Bucks, the Willson Athletics, and the Sara City Rockets franchises for it.

IF anyone is potentially interested in submitting a list of up to fifty historical players for any of the four aforementioned teams here, here is what I'll be needing from you, I believe, so that I can include them properly in the relevant text file or files:

1. I will need you to select between 15 and 18 historical pitchers and around 32 position players for any team you might choose to submit a list of up to 50 players for here. You may choose any known historical player, whether or not they ever actually made it to the Major Leagues in any country, that might be able to be imported into any dynasty that is created for any pre-23 version of the game easily enough. Seeing as this particular idea of mine will be related at least to OOTP 22, if not too any other version of OOTP as well, any historical player that is in the relevant player databases is potentially eligible for selection here by you.

2. When and if you choose any players for the teams in question, please try and send me the relevant players' ID codes and names, with as early of a starting year as possible, so that I can have them start as early as possible in their careers for the relevant dynasty and league as possible. For example, if you choose any Japanese players that may have played in the appropriate historical Japanese leagues, try to find the earliest post-high school or post-college statistical year for them as you can, for obvious reasons.

3. I don't care if two or more of you choose the same base players on your respective player lists, because I will be renaming relevant players who are selected for my applicable Slaabovian leagues, at least, if not for leagues in other fictional countries of mine that may also be present in this game, almost certainly, if not definitely.

4. Please send me your lists privately, if possible. And if you have any other reasonable questions about this idea of mine for another dynasty here, please do let me know, either in this thread or privately. I certainly will keep you posted here as the need and desire and all might then arise, as best as I can and all, I'm sure. And if I get all the necessary players' codes for the relevant teams in that file done soon, I might just start another related dynasty thread soon, of course, as time permits and all.

5. Teams are first-come, first-serve, at least when it comes to those four teams, as well. IF you want to claim a particular team, you must be first to submit your list of proposed historical players for said team, or you will risk being bumped to another team here of the mentioned teams, supposing they aren't yet claimed by the time you submit your lists here to me.

6. IF other relevant teams in certain other leagues of mine for this dynasty become available for the claiming, I will then list them in this thread, as time actually permits and all, for sure. Besides MLB and the Slaabovian leagues, at least, I will likely have teams and leagues in at least four countries, whether real or fictional. So if you do miss out with teams in the Slaabovian leagues, at least, there may still be certain available teams you can perhaps help me stock in certain other leagues and/or countries here, for that matter. Just so you know this well enough, everyone.

P.S. IF more than four other people send me such lists, I will use their lists for teams in other available fictional leagues needing such players to start with, as possible and appropriate and all, most definitely. However, the first four volunteers here will get their lists used first for relevant teams in this dynasty. CD out.
