CCYL, PJPL End Regular Seasons
The CCYL and PJPL have both concluded their regular seasons with each league hosting a two-team playoff in the Cape Cod Series and Rhode Island Series, respectively.
The CCYL will feature a battle between the winners of the North and South divisions, as the North's Truro Hatchlings (25-15) will face off against the South's West Dennis Menaces (25-15). One of the two teams will win its first Cape Cod Series. Chatham Lighthouse, Nauset Beach Lurk Hunters, and Harwich Fishheads were the first three champions. This is the first appearance in the CCS for both Truro and West Dennis.
The Hatchlings completed the season tied for 1st in runs scored (168) and 5th in runs allowed (154). A few team leaders on offense include JR 3B Carlos Lars-Mars (.297/10/29), FR CF Calixto Corrium (.291/6/29), FR RF Talsgar Wanderer (.289/4/19), and FR 1B Fura Morrard (.264/8/20). For pitching, the tea, is led by SO SP Sebastian Brakefield (6-2, 1.30), JR SP Waxer Lucatero (6-2, 2.31), JR CL Q.T. Pai (13 SV, 1.77), and JR RP Moralo Eval (2-0, 2.31).
For the Menaces, they finished 3rd in runs scored (164) and 1st in runs allowed (102). On offense, West Dennis is led by JR RF Pogo Cliffhanger (.270/11/27), JR CF Pad Mee (.285/6/18), JR 1B Ani Waalk (.277/5/19), and SO C Phoney Brown (.234/6/19). Their pitching has two good starters in JR SP Jobie Toast (5-3, 1.72) and SO SP Lucky Petman (5-3, 1.62). However, they are missing their other starters in FR SP Leo Mondragon (5-1, 1.89) and FR SP Skulvar Sablehilt (4-2, 2.90). JR RP Odd Ball (0-1, 1 SV, 2.50, 1 GS) may get the third start should the series go three games.
In the PJPL, both the Woodlawn Red Clay (26-15) and Pawtucket Paw Sox (25-16) finished the regular season tied but had a one-game series to determine seeding, with the Red Clay taking that game, 2-1. The Paw Sox have won two of three championships in the three-year history of the PJPL. Woodlawn is making its second appearance in the Rhode Island Series, having lost to the Hope Firestarters in 2302. This is the first season that Hope is not in the RIS.
The Red Clay finished the season 1st in runs scored (167) and 2nd in runs allowed (112). Their three best offensive players are JR 1B Weequay Taanti (.318/5/18), JR SS Dathomirian Zabrak (.316/5/17), and FR RF Sebastian Lort (.294/7/35). Three quality pitchers include three freshmen SPs in Thrifty Tony Malacara (4-3, 1.89), Red Eagle (4-1, 1.71), and Idgrod Younger (6-2, 1.99).
For the Paw Sox, they were 2nd in runs scored (134) and 1st in runs allowed (108). SO 3B Zero Nought (.248/10/26), JR LF Voldsea Giryon (.282/9/14), and JR RF Pagetti Rook (.289/3/11) led the team on offense. Pawtucket's pitching was led by outstanding JR SP Pokey Chatman (8-3, 1.27), SO SP Marshall Adventure (4-2, 2.32), and FR CL Adventus Caesennius (10 SV, 0.00), who did not allow a run in 20.2 IP.

Both the Mount Desert Island Four and Great Diamond Island League have of the Vim! youth leagues system come to an end for the vaunted 2304 season. The National Park Rangers (27-13) and the Echo Point Glowers (24-17), victorious in their respective leagues, will now face each other for the Maine Youth Series.
National Park was 1st in every offensive category in the vulturous four-team league. Their three best-valued all-around offensive players were LF Kaydel Ko-Connix (.258/9/19), 1B Moon Maid (.282/3/17), and RF John Glowing (.270/5/21). Their three viable starters were also outstanding for the 2nd best pitching staff. Those three are SP Truss Tee (5-3. 1.86), SP Ric Olie (2-0, 1.48), and SP Greer Sonnel (4-1, 1.74).
For the Glowers, they were not as villainous in their league, having to win a tie-breaker against the perhaps better team in the Diamond Cove Fort Knights. Echo Point was 2nd in runs scored and 3rd in runs allowed in the four-team league. On offense, they were led on their championship voyage by RF Trent Chuppta (.307/5/21), 2B Pan Sea (.273/6/23), and 3B Clutch Cash (.268/5/12). SP Keip Choppin (6-1, 3.55) was their only starter with a winning record. SP Testor Pava (5-5, 3.33) also helped. Five other vital players were tied for third on the team with two victories apiece. CL Kazuda Xiono (13 SV, 2.40) led the bullpen.
