Charged today for a diamond pack that I did not order and did not receive
Hi my transaction reports shows a diamond pack purchase at 8:08 this morning for 10000 points.It shows a pack was opened at9;19 AM.
I did not order any packs and I did not receive any packs.
Can you please help me with this situation.

I reported this in the bugs section and haven't received any reply.
