The team name and location may have changed, but New York Highlanders 3rd baseman Jimmy Collins didn't see to mind. In picking up his first American League Player of the Week honors, Collins smashed the ball to the tune of a .550 batting average (11 for 20) with 2 Doubles, 1 Triple, 3 Runs, and 2 RBIs which was good for a slash line of .550/.524/.750 which resulted in a 284 OPS+, 0.5 WAR, and 0.19 WPA.
